Crossreference
Is there anyway that the conference verses that shows up can come up in the translation being used instead of just KJV?

Movable Notes window
When I write a note, I want to be able to look at what I'm commenting on. The Note window being immovable prevents me from doing that. Ideally, I would like to see the note window be able to move or for notes to be able to be added inline (or alongside) the text being commented on.
P.S. You people have made an amazing product.

Great idea. We’ll plan for it.

Scripture-only mode (no top bar etc.)
Safari has a "reader" option in the address bar for most blog/newspaper type sites. I'm assuming it notices the block of text in the middle of the page. When you click it, it gives you a window with just the text, free of any side info or distractions to read in.
Anyhow, it doesn't give me this option on edible. Would be nice to see that feature in the future.
Thanks,

Get Rid of the Annoying "Feedback & Support" popup
Use some other method. It is very annoying -- so much so, that I'll try another Bible reading site.

Other Arabic translations
There should be other Arabic translations. The one translation available (Smith Vandyke) is old and difficult to read. Both the Sharif and the Kitaab al-Hayaa are more commonly used translations in the Arab world. How about adding one of them or both?

Offline Lightweight Software
Well, just like the above statement says. I don't know if this can be done because a lot of the Bible versions are not free! NKJV, NRSV and NASB are some of my favourite versions that are not free of some free Bible softwares! : ( But I think this is a good idea!

The NKJV, NRSV or NASB scripture will have to be purchased for offline access because of licensing restrictions from the publishers. However, an offline version of eBible is an interesting idea.

Arbitrary named collections of verses
Pre-configured reading plans are great. But it'd also be great to allow users to create their own custom named collections of verses. This would be really helpful for collecting verses when studying a particular topic or theme.
Love the app and the site so far though, great job!
Thanks!

Audio Bible
A feature that would take you over the top would be having the capability of having it read outloud . I teach a youth SS class and we use this feature when the wording becomes hard. It is disruptive when members try to pronounce words that are uncommon to them. We use another app for this currently but we all like the way your plans are laid out better.

Search results ordering by books
after searching for a term like "fire" you receive the results ordered by the number of appearances in a verse. Why not give the ability to order the results after the order of books in the bible.

Flip pages or scroll down to read for iPhone/iPad
Be able to flip between pages or to scroll down the complete text.

1. Multiple verse highlighting
With screen pagination this is rather difficult. Though if you access John 1.1 – 18 on an iPad or on our website (ebible.com) its doable.2. We’ll get this fixed.
4. We’ll find a better way to address this.
5. We’ll get this fixed as well.
6. Folders and subfolders
The notes are actually tied to the verses. On our website you can actually search your notes. This feature will be coming to the mobile apps as well. -
Night time mode with Black background.
It would be nice to have the option to switch to night time mode with a black background and white text. I read a lot at night and like this option on the kindle app.

Verse of the Day Link
Consider putting a "home" button on the verse of the day popup that both closes the popup and links back to the homepage.

Repeat the search box below the page number (next) widget
Duplicating the search box and user query at the bottom of the search results will prevent the user from having to scroll back to the top should he/she want to change their query after seeing the initial results

View links to notes in any translation.
If I'm viewing a certain translation it would be great to see if I have noted anything thing in another translation. Perhaps just a little small icon that shows I've marked something in another translation that pops up a list of links to those notes or highlights.

Link to Strong's Numbers
Make it possible to hover over words when using the KJV and get the strong's definitions. I have a hard time seeing and I use the computer quite a bit because I can blow up the font as big as I need to and so I use the online bible to do a lot of indepth studying. More bible tools would be really nice. Thank you, may the Lord richly bless you.
