Side By Side Bibles
The old ebible had a way were you could put many different bible translation side by side. I would really like that back. It helped me understand different versus easier when you could says some other ways it has been worded.

More commentaries, audio and reading plans.
New application is clean! but it is too empty too.
As a lifetime member, I was depending on ebible for my studies. It was full of features - Several commentary, Audio and various versions. Why we lost all features as part of re-design?
Please bring all back plus a daily reading plan too...21 votesplanned ·

We’re currently working on licensing the content from the publishers. We’ll add it in as soon as we have permission to be able to do so.

Add the Apocrypha (NRSV etc.)
Add the Apocrypha which can serve as background to the Old Testament.

Export notes
Is there a way to export notes so I can print them out? I could then use these notes in my talks.

Share with my friends on eBible
It would be awesome to share with our friends on eBible - to share notes, etc with accountability partners, etc - a more private group than facebook posts, etc. ooBible had this feature - it would be great to see it here!!

Audio Bible
A feature that would take you over the top would be having the capability of having it read outloud . I teach a youth SS class and we use this feature when the wording becomes hard. It is disruptive when members try to pronounce words that are uncommon to them. We use another app for this currently but we all like the way your plans are laid out better.

View links to notes in any translation.
If I'm viewing a certain translation it would be great to see if I have noted anything thing in another translation. Perhaps just a little small icon that shows I've marked something in another translation that pops up a list of links to those notes or highlights.

Next/Prev Navigation
I really like the idea of next/previous buttons going back and forth to chapters but it will be much better if we could do this without reloading page.

To say thanks..
Just to congratulate and encourage all those working unbelievably hard in the eBible family - this is an amazing innovation that is helping plenty of Christians world wide. I know it is definitely helping me. I love the way it is so accessible; and its efficiency (the highlighting and adding notes etc) It's fantastic! I absolutely love it, and I am thankful God led me here - it's made Bible study funner that it already was, as well as more encouraging and easier to follow!
Please may you continue serving with the right hearts and minds,a nd in unity, as… more11 votes -
Movable Notes window
When I write a note, I want to be able to look at what I'm commenting on. The Note window being immovable prevents me from doing that. Ideally, I would like to see the note window be able to move or for notes to be able to be added inline (or alongside) the text being commented on.
P.S. You people have made an amazing product.

Android App
I'm sure you are already working on this, but I wanted to get the topic out there for people to vote on it. I'm a new user of eBible through On The City, and I would love to read on my Android 2.3 phone.

We just pushed ‘eBible Voice Edition’ to the Google app store. It’s not a full-blown Android app. Just an experimental voice navigation system we’re testing. Go ahead and give it a try.

Static Header
It would be great if the header was a bit smaller and was sticky to the top of the browser window so that when I want to switch translations I can jump back and forth quickly.

Have a history section
On the dashboard, along with notes and highlights, I think a history section with a recently viewed list would be nice. this allows one to easily get back to what they were viewing last, like if they are just reading thorugh the bible, but without a reading plan, or if they are jumping back and forth between two etxts while studying. This could be recently read items (like if I read Job 3-10, an item in the history list would have job 3,4,5 etc), or recently clicked on items (meaning if I read Job 3-10, only job 3 would show… more

Cross References in Notes
I love this webapp. Very clean, fast and usable.
I know it's a little complicated, but it would be nice if Scripture references typed in "notes" would be recognized and linked. It would be awesome if those notes then appeared near the cross-referenced verses as well.

Embedable "Verse of the Day"
I would (really) like to have the ability to embed "Verse of the Day" in my blog or website. That could be such as e.g. a widget or any other form relative to where it will be placed/embedded.
Thank you!

Arbitrary named collections of verses
Pre-configured reading plans are great. But it'd also be great to allow users to create their own custom named collections of verses. This would be really helpful for collecting verses when studying a particular topic or theme.
Love the app and the site so far though, great job!
Thanks!

Search results ordering by books
after searching for a term like "fire" you receive the results ordered by the number of appearances in a verse. Why not give the ability to order the results after the order of books in the bible.

Strongs Greek
Can we also have the Greek character encoding for the "explain" options?
